Creative development and selection
If your property is in development, we start with logo design. Otherwise, we dive into an exploration of creative approaches, developing a range of theme lines, advertising concepts and signature looks that will uniquely and uniformly showcase your property. Advertising and design options are prepared for key applications such as print ads, a sales folio, or a downloadable brochure. These options are then presented and measured by how well they convey the unique brand essence we want to capture. After presenting our work and agreeing on a chosen direction, we begin preparation of final materials. (next page)
